Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are listed on the website. Delivery charges are shown at the checkout. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus the delivery charge. BlewBelle Curl Studio accepts credit and debit cards which are processed through Square. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. An annual price rise to services is applied on the 1st April
Delivery/Collection
Collection
You may choose to collect your products in person from BlewBelle Curl Studio once full payment is received through Square. The time available for collection is Mon-Fri 0900-1800. Outside of these times by arrangement with BlewBelle Curl Studio.

Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through Square, dispatched within 2 working days. UK weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Your order may arrive in more than one package. Standard delivery is £4.95 per order. Expedited delivery is £6.50. Maximum of 2 aerosols per package. Delivery is not available for 500ml or 1Litre size products. Shipping is only available within the UK.

Delayed/Lost Orders
Royal Mail considers that a parcel is lost in the UK after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days. BlewBelle Curl Studio is unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incomplete or incorrectly written. Should your package be returned to BlewBelle Curl Studio due to these circumstances an additional delivery charge will be incurred for re delivery to the correct address.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
In line with distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind on your purchase.

Your package must be returned unopened and in original packaging to BlewBelle Curl Studio at our address within 14 days of receipt stating clearly that you would like a refund. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for return costs and accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during return. It is suggested that you use a tracked service to return the goods. Please email [email protected] to arrange returning your parcel.

Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking fee and cancellations.
BlewBelle Hair, Cornwall Curl Specialist requires a 50% non refundable booking fee in order to secure your appointment which will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment at least 72hrs notice is required and failure to do so will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Additionally all ‘No Shows’ and cancellations less than 24hrs will forfeit the booking fee and will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the missed/cancelled appointment before booking any future appointments.
I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of a genuine emergency.
In the event your appointment is cancelled by me, you shall be notified as much in advance as is possible and a rescheduled appointment will be made. Should a reschedule not suit a refund of booking fee shall be given. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds will be minus the Square processing costs.
New Client Forms.
These online forms must be completed prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiting your booking fee.

On occasion your appointment maybe moved to prevent gaps in my diary. As an example from 1130 to 1100. Please ensure you check your confirmation email.
Late arrival.
Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled (or rescheduled) and you may be charged for part, or all, of the service to cover my costs.
Skin Testing.
AAT forms and skin tests are required for all new hair colour service clients at least 48 hrs prior to the colour appointment. In addition these will also be required if you wish to change from your usual colour, if you have applied home colour or if it has been 12 months since your last skin test. This free appointment must be booked at the time of booking the colour service appointment. Failure to have a patch test will VOID your colour service and the deposit will not be refunded.

Due to the pandemic there are currently some additional Terms and Conditions to be adhered to when booking an appointment. These can be found below.

The gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at BlewBelle Curl studio and online at www.cornwallcurlspecialist.co.uk and www.BlewBellecurls.co.uk
Gift cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift card
Cannot be used to purchase New Client appointments
Any money refunded will be added to the gift card
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card/e gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
Validity
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction (includes load, spend or balance check at BlewBelle Curl Studio)
Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period
Balance enquiries can be obtained online or by whatsapp message to 01872399040
Should be treated as cash. BlewBelle Curl Studio will not accept liability for lost stolen or damaged cards
Cancellation

Under the Regulations (as outlined above) if you purchase online you have the right to cancel all or part of your order at any time up to 14 calendar days from the date that you placed your order provided that none of the balance has been spent.

Covid - What am I doing to prevent the spread of the virus?
Having carried out a risk assessment these are the steps I am taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
• I am carrying out a lateral flow test if I have any symptoms
• I am frequently applying hand sanitiser and washing my hands
• I am keeping contact time to a minimum by ensuring I carry out the appointment in the most time efficient manner.
• I am asking that clients attend their appointment alone. The only exception is if this is an adult with a disability.
• The entire appointment takes places in one room which is ventilated with open windows.
• Each client wears a freshly laundered gown and has their own individual, single use eco towel.
• I am sanitising all surfaces between clients and ‘deep cleaning’ every evening.
• Updating and reviewing my policies to keep in line with government guidance.
• I am carrying out a lateral flow test if I have any symptoms

Please be aware of the following T’s and C’s when booking your appointment.
Masks are no longer compulsory for your appointment. Please indicate on your consultation/returning client form whether you would prefer to wear one and whether you would prefer that I wear one.
DO NOT attend your appointment if ANY of the following applies.
• You have Covid or a household member has covid.
• You, or a household member, are self isolating or awaiting the result of a Covid test
• You have symptoms of covid or any other illness.
Please inform me via email as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to reschedule you once you are able to attend.

In the event of a localised lockdown or if I have have covid/illness/need to self isolate I will email to inform you at the earliest opportunity.

For any booked appointment that I need to cancel you will have the option to move your booking fee onto a gift card for rebooking your appointment or, refunded onto your original payment method.
As soon as I am able to reopen I will inform those with cancelled appointments by email.
